This page contains
comprehensive information for all off-campus library services. Please
contact us if you have any questions. Content on this page includes: General
Policies, Photocopying Policies, Book Loan/Delivery Policies, Circulating
Materials, Non-Circulating Materials, Loan Periods, and Overdue Fees.
General Policies
- Allow at least
7 working days for delivery because holidays and weekends may add extra
time.
- Please prioritize
requests: we reserve the right to limit the number of materials provided
to an individual and the right to prioritize requests processed.
- Borrowers are responsible
for all loaned materials: FEES will be assessed for overdue, lost, or
damaged items. Unreturned items and unpaid fees will result in holds
on Seminary transcripts.
Photocopying Policies
Photocopying
services are provided strictly for non-commercial and educational purposes
only.
- Photocopies will
be mailed by U.S. mail.
- All photocopies
become the property of the user and can be kept.
- Photocopies of
specific journal articles (not entire issues) may be provided.
Book Loan/Delivery
Policies
- Circulating materials
will be shipped to residences via U.S. Postal Service.
- Circulating materials
are loaned for a guaranteed period of 2 weeks and then can be recalled
by another user.
- All materials must
be returned directly to the branch library that loaned them. The band
around the cover displays the lending branch.
- A mailing label
is included with all loaned materials for return via the U.S. Postal
Service.
- If you return materials
close to the due date, renew these items in order to avoid overdue fees.
- If you return items
to the wrong branch, you will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee for
each item.
- Book loan services
are not currently available outside of the United States.
